Anyone use a family manager type app? To share calendars/events/lists?

I'm looking for suggestions on a family manager app...something that will allow me and my husband to enter events on our calendars, make to do lists, etc...and then share them with each other to keep on the same page.

I would prefer a free option, but will pay for an app if its really worth it!

Do you use one you really like? What do you like/dislike about it?

    My husband and I share our Google calendars. I make an event and then invite him to it so it shows on his calendar

    Google Calendar; all have Android phones - sharing calendars is terrific. Works brilliantly.

    Notes: On Android phones I use Google Keep, or the calendar if it's time/date specific.
