This is probably a dumb question, but are all calories burned the same? For example, I walked 3 miles today in about 40 minutes and burned about 300 calories. How do I know this is the right way to lose?
I'll tell you how I know! I lost 38 pounds in 9 months. So it did take a while, and it was hard but I lost it. Over my 3 week vacation I gained back 5 of those pounds.
