So I got an app for Crossfit workouts and today's is 100 pull up, 100 situps, 100 pushups, and 100 squats for time.
Is it allowed to split that into 10 rounds of 10 each or does it have to be 100 at a time?

Thanks!

If it's written like that, it's meant to be done 100 of each before moving on to the next.

However, you need to do it in a way that's appropriate for your fitness level. You don't want to jump into this kind of workout suddenly or you are nearly certain to injure yourself, or at least make yourself so sore you won't be able to work out at all for days.

As needed, split them up, and/or reduce the total number of reps, and/or modify the exercises.
For instance, you could do 3 rounds of 10 reps each, or do them straight through but only 25 of each, and/or use a band to assist with pullups and pushups.

Not sure of your fitness level, so no insult meant by this. If you're very strong and 100 pullups is totally doable for you, ignore the above. :)

thanks! i decided to just do it as written, but modified it and used a chair to support myself for pullups and did modified pushups (on my knees) when i couldn't do anymore regular pushups.

    Thanks for replying!
