Just wondering if my hard work is paying off, my scales been stuck fer quite some time lol, working on that. but can you see a difference? Started March last year, my starting weight was 155 now currently roaming around 130, but today 128:)

Well i just reset my calroies, upped them...very scared, just seems like the more you eat the more your going to gain...very nervous about this...:S might change my mind yet, but i have been at a plateau fer prob like half a year....cant handle it anymore, i just want to lose that last 10
