Need friends to motivate me

I have been using MFP for a couple months now but i am at a stand still. I started at 155 and am now down to 130 but am stuck. would like to lose my last 10 pounds.

    The last 10 are usually the hardest to lose. Maybe just push yourself a little harder with your exercise regimen or maybe even try something new that works you out in a different way. I had a friend who did that when hit a standstill and it worked for her! Keep it up!! : )

    oh so true...the last 10lbs are the hardest. I agree with renee...change up your workout to something you haven't done before. If you're doing a workout that you've been doing for awhile your body gets used to it. Also interval training can help give you a boost too. Feel free to add me if you like...we can all use the extra support! Don't give up, you can do it!
