So, i started my weight loss journey in march 2010. i started at 155 and dropped down to 140-135 fairly quickly. I maintained and pushed through and finally in febuary and again beginning of april i made it down to 126 :) , thats when i decided i could throw out steppin on the scale everyday, thought i could start to indulge in all the treats id given up for the past year. NOT worth it. its been like...a month, about....and i am back up to 140! i really hope some of it is water weight, as i have upped my water ALOT. but...i dont think thats the case, i thought i was ok...and indulged every day going way over my calories. heres to "restarting".
