Over on fat under on calories
While this is not typical, today I had 14 grams EXTRA of fat while still going 100 short on calories. This is bugging me and I can't fit in a work out today. I know plain and simple I should have ate better BUT. will this affect my weight loss for the week? Or should it still be okay.

Low Carb, High Fat??
I've hit a plateau and it has been suggested to go low carb 50-100 carbs/day max, just for two weeks to get me off my plateau....I've noticed low carb options = high fat options. Is this okay?? I'm scared the higher fat will make me gain! Also, any meal suggestions if I decide to try low carb?

Weight Watchers Scale
I have the scale that measures water weight, bmi, fat % and bone mass. I feel like my water weight percentage is never right. When Im dehydrated after a workout its higher than after Ive drank water, and my bmi does not corresponding with my weight loss at all. Has anyone else used this scale?

Ice Cream Sandwiches
I had completely forgotten about these until the other night. Take two chocolate graham crakers (they can sometimes be harder to find) and spread fat free/sugar free cool whip in between them and freeze. They taste just like ice cream sandwiches but are much easier on the diet!

Spaghetti Squash instead of spaghetti noodles??
I've heard that spaghetti squash will 'peel' like the noodles and you can incorporate them with spaghetti to lower carbs and calories. Has anyone done this and how did it turn out (taste)?

Weight GAIN
The scale shows I've gain 1.5 pounds-in four days!!! How discouraging!! What do you do to keep motivated when your gaining weight? I know that weights will add poundage but it makes me want to give up.

Somedays I could eat and snack and eat some more all day...others, like today, I eat little and just have no desire for food. Calorie Counter
I bought a watch that monitors heartrate and counts calories. According to the watch I burn around 700 calories doing either Zumba or Kickboxing for an hour. That seems too good to be true. Are these things accurate? I know if I'm on a treadmill for 1/2 doing light jogging, it only reads around 230 calories burned.

Balancing Calories
I noticed today that my dinner consisted of about 60% of my daily calorie intake. Is it bad if I eat an extra small breakfast and lunch if I'm wanting to eat a larger dinner? I didn't know if that would hurt anything.
