Calorie Counter

I bought a watch that monitors heartrate and counts calories. According to the watch I burn around 700 calories doing either Zumba or Kickboxing for an hour. That seems too good to be true. Are these things accurate? I know if I'm on a treadmill for 1/2 doing light jogging, it only reads around 230 calories burned.

the jogging calories sound about right (about 100 per mile), so I would think that it's measuring appropriately0
