I'm falling off my horse...how do I get back on?!

Hello all,

I've lost about 45lbs since January (yay). This is the lowest I've been in YEARS and when I get to this point I get off track. I'm a size 10, acceptable, average, etc.

What can I do to get motivated to give me that second boost? Prime example-my gym is literally across the street from my work-and I didnt go today, didn't feel like it.

Grr! My mental state is just not with it at all.

Help!
