Balancing Calories

I noticed today that my dinner consisted of about 60% of my daily calorie intake. Is it bad if I eat an extra small breakfast and lunch if I'm wanting to eat a larger dinner? I didn't know if that would hurt anything.

Mine is the same. I asked a professional about this and she said that if you are halfway to your calorie goal by dinner, it is perfectly fine. I like snacks at night too much! I thinks its good to aim closer to 50% or less.0

If it works for you, that's fine. But if you find yourself grazing and the calories adding up throughout the day, then I would readjust your way of eating.0
