Hurt Calf, ways to relieve?
Hello! I was doing my Daily Dose of 30DS & during a Jumping Jack my ankle twisted a little funny but I was able to catch it. But, I'm pretty sure I F'ed up my calf doing so. The medial part of my left calf is pretty sore. Not pain, just pretty sore. Any suggestions to relieve this strain?

After a Big Loss, How to keep it off?
Ok, I lost 4.2lbs this week! WoOoOoO!!! So, so, so, so very excited! But this also brings the fear of it bobbling back up since I usually only lose 0.5-1.0lbs a week if that. THE QUESTION: HOW do I keep the whole 4 lbs off this week so I don't bobble back up a lb or 2? Suggestions?

Discouraged.

1670 Calories a Day? Woahh? Too Much?
I have not been exactly losing the way I'd like to. A few people suggested losing at 1 lb a week instead of 1.5 lbs. Changing from one to the other has brought my 1440 Calories up for 1670 calories! Does this seem like too much? Should I try this out for a few weeks or go back down to my 1.5lbs a week?
