Hello everyone! My name is Jessica. I just started MFP Two days ago. I'm 5'8", used to weigh 145lbs until I had two beautiful children who drove my weight up to 238lbs. I was able to get down to able 215lbs on my own. Tried Weight Watchers but that was just too expensive for my small budget. My friends showed me MFP app on my phone and I logged into it on my computer. I'm hoping to really make a difference in my weight this time. I am Currently at 208lbs, Goal Weight of 145lbs. I have seen so many inspirational posts here on the Success Stories. I just hope one day that can be me!
So far, I have stayed on-point with my Calorie count two days! Yay! And I have also exercised two days! Double Yay! I have a very sedentary lifestyle now, and I need to get active. It may only be 10 minutes but hey, you gotta start somewhere. =)
