First HARD workout. In... years?!

So, today I just did a really hardcore workout, for me. I pushed myself to get the reps I wanted out of the circuits my husband and I did. I feel very, very fatigued and my head kinds hurts. Is this normal?

Make sure you drink plenty of water, not all at once, that's make you worse, but fill a bottle and sip it. Also try and have a rest. Make it a gentle rest of the day.0
