After a Big Loss, How to keep it off?

Ok, I lost 4.2lbs this week! WoOoOoO!!! So, so, so, so very excited! But this also brings the fear of it bobbling back up since I usually only lose 0.5-1.0lbs a week if that.

THE QUESTION: HOW do I keep the whole 4 lbs off this week so I don't bobble back up a lb or 2? Suggestions?

    Just keep doing what you are doing. Unfortunately a bit may come back or the loss may of been due to a large drop in water weight.

    just keep doing what you are doing. Stay away from alcohol and high sodium foods. Drink your water (take your body weight, divide it in half = #oz you should drink in a day).
