How often to Track Body Fat %?

Is Body Fat % another weekly check-in like weight? Or a Monthly check-in like Measurements?

No sooner than 6-12 weeks. I would only do 6 if you had lost a considerable amount of weight (like 10-15 lbs). There is a standard of error with any body fat measuring system and you need to move outside of that or the differences you are measuring could just be due to random chance.0
