How is doing c25k? Lets support each other
I'm in week3 Day 2. Some days I have a good day and others not do good. But I finish the run. I was thinking after your run enter how it went and we will be here to cheer each other on. I have my 5k run May 18th. And my next one June 14th.

Starting 30 Shred on Monday May 20th.
Well I'm doing a 5k on Friday may 17th. So I'm going to start the 30 day shred on may 20th. Level 1 D 1. . Any on want to join me . After every day we can talk about how it is going for us. Then at the end if each level we can measure and give each other support. Who's in! Feel free to add me.

I would like to lose 20lbs by end of June. So I'm doing a 5k in mid May. So I'm currently training for that. Running Monday, Wednesday, Friday. So I was thinking of doing 30 day shred on Tuesday and Thursday. But I just don't want it to be to much. But I really want to lose 20lbs by the end of June.

Ordering when you go out to eat!
Last nights a group of us went to Longhorn Steak house. If was my first time there. I ordered the crusty chicken and a Cesar salad, and a sweat potato. It is so hard to go out with a group and try to order. I didn't eat all my potato, and salad. I stayed in my calories for the day, but I still think I made the wrong choice.
