Oatmeal makes me hungrier!
. I was eating eggs, spinach and avo on a whole wheat thin bread every morning. I recently switched to steel cut oats for breakfast. I find after 2 hrs I am starving. stuck for 2 months
I have been stuck at 28 lbs lost since June.. I have 13 lbs left and they just don't want to budge a SINGLE ounce lower.. :( I'm going to add in another workout a week, and trying real hard to eat very clean just to see if I can get over this hump! Wish me luck.. :) Thanks! :)

oatmeal and hunger question
how come they say oatmeal is the best and most filling thing for you in the morning, whenever *I* eat it, I am starving in an hour. I get so scared to eat it in the morning, cause I know that i'm going to be hungry. Maybe I should be pairing it with a protein shake or a few egg whites?
