stuck for 2 months

I have been stuck at 28 lbs lost since June.. I have 13 lbs left and they just don't want to budge a SINGLE ounce lower.. :( I'm going to add in another workout a week, and trying real hard to eat very clean just to see if I can get over this hump! Wish me luck.. :) Thanks! :)

    I'm right there with you! I've been stuck for about 8 weeks now, fluctuating up and down about 2 lbs but basically staying at 173 (40 lbs off). I've done some research here and other sites about different tactics to break through but so far no change. I've reviewed my calories, tried varying my intake to shake things up, and I've upped my intensity of workouts. I do some strength training too so I think I'm doing all I can to get past it. I'm just trying to be as patient as I can but I know it's not easy when you really want to see those numbers drop. I have noticed some differences in how my weight is distributed so that is at least some progress. Best of luck to you on your journey and it sure does help knowing I'm not alone in this!
