Nutritional info, clean eaters

Okay people.. I really am trying to eat a BALANCED diet.. I am working out (a mix of weight and cardio) 3-4 days a week..I have a very busy job in the grocery business.. and constant on my feet...so I usually only work out on my days off..i work 4-5 days a week.. I am trying to eat quite a bit of protein..healthy carbs.. and good for you fats.. I have tried to log in pretty consistent this week.. and been pretty consistent with logging food so I can get some help figuring out a balance. Can people look at my diary and give me some advice on where I'm going wrong, what I can do better..after I work out..on the days I work out..i just feel hungry... or more hungry..i worked out with heavy weights on saturday..saturday night I was starving..and yesterday I just felt DRAINED...until I ate a huge fresh tuna steak..and it perked me right up.. any advice would be great! thanks ya'all!

Your protein is only set at 54g try upping it to 100g per day that should help you ALOT!

ez...u arent eating enuff to support your activities goals etc. you should NEVER BE HUNGRY!! that is what turns on your stay FAT PROGRAMS in your body:) up your cals and vary them daily!

alright i am upping my calories and eating back some of my calories on my workout days...clean eating for the most part and really upping my protein... more cottage cheese and tuna in my future.. so far so good.. i woke up this morning .5 lb lighter..but the scale still doesn't want to budge past 150! lol.. the scale is playing jedi mind tricks with me!0
