Banish Fat Boost Metabolism

I started this about 2 months ago, but granted I only do it maybe 3 times a week and the other days I am at work. Which I work in a high paced store, on my feet for 8 + hours, lifting, cleaning, and doing some vigorous activities. This workout KILLS me.. When they get to the second to last set, I just can't do it... I try to do at least the first set of exercises with it, but man she is rough.. I log it in my calories as "high impact aerobics" do you think that is fair to put it in as that? I feel like I burn more, but I don't know for sure without a HRM. I am thinking of investing one, any good ideas that go well with the iphone? Thanks!

    Average burn for most activities is 70-110 calories for roughly 10 minutes of exercise depending on intensity, so go from there :)
