  • This was actually a health screening for work, and they tested my levels by a finger prick..which i thought was strange for cholesterol. My blood sugar, I thought, was high at 98.. i have never had blood sugar issues..so in a few months I'll get the HDL and trig numbers again.

  • I also dice them up with apples and onions and some cinnamon. Lay them on a bottom of a 9x13 with pork chops or tenderloin. I rub the meat with cinnamon and allspice and cayenne. Makes for a great dinner!!
