Just finished Cardio 1 for the first time
I know the program will get harder as it goes on, but dang..... I hated that, every second of it. I am shocked I made it through, because I seriously thought I was gonna die, lol. That being said, I look forward to being able to kill that workout by the end of the month!!!!

Dress fitting
I go in for my first dress fitting on Thursday. I'm rather nervous. I basically been yo-yoing lately, so I haven't gained anything since I ordered. That's a plus. Wish I would have lost though, but I don't want to dwell on that. Fingers crossed!

Exercise question
I typically try to do 45 minutes on Zumba Wii and 20 minutes doing 30 Day Shred. I was wondering if anyone knew if it would be better to do them one after the other or do one and then do the other later in the day. Does it even make a difference? Thanks!

I was able to do 10 push ups before I had to give up and do the "girlie" ones! I don't think I've ever done more than 3 before. WOO HOO :happy:

30DS- the morning after
Phew, I'm soooo sore this morning. But as soon as my daughter's movie is over, it's shred time! (normally my workout is first, but we rented it last night, but didn't have time to watch it so I promised her she could watch it this morning)

It may only be a total of 12lbs lost, but it feels so good to see that 199.1 on the scale! Thank you to all those that are such a motivation, even if you don't know it.
