That sounds about right. I use a heart rate monitor and I usually burn around 325-350 cal, but I have a fair amount of weight to lose.

I really like it, even though I haven't made it past the first month. I did the shred too and liked it, but grew bored also. I like Jillian's programs, especially since they are only 30 minutes long.

I've been bad :( I missed two weeks ago because things have been super hectic, and I missed this past week because we were out of town visiting my in-laws. I know I'm up, but we just got home and I usually weigh in in the mornings so we'll see how bad it is tomorrow.
