Been here a year, seen to have lost the support of MFP frien
It seems that over the last few months most of the people of my friends list have stopped being supportive. I always comment on people's status updates, calorie burns, and completing their diary. I am just looking for some people who to replace the ones that have either quit or became to busy to get on mfp. Thanks.

Half way there
This was me on my 25th birthday December 2009. I started MFP in Jan of 2011 and I was pretty much the same weight. I am down 50 lbs and still have about 50 lbs to go but thought I would share. I started out at 245 and I am now 192. This was taken last week at my son's birthday party.

People going way under on calories
Some of my mfp friends complete their diaries with only like 600-1000 calories eaten. Some of them exercise and don't even eat 1200 calories. Need more protein
It says I should eat 122 g on days I don't work out and around 178 on the days I workout (which is almost everyday.) I usally only eat 55-75 a day. This week I did Zumba 2 times, Kettlebell class 1 time, and went to the gym and did my own workout one time. Billy Blanks Basic Traning
I just bought a Polar today and did Billy Blanks basic training bootcamp dvd for the first time. My Polar said I burned 283 calories in 40 minutes. I was not able to do all of the moves but did break a sweet. I was just wondering if that number seemed high. Does anyone do the dvd and know how many they burn?

Anyone else losing weight they allready lost?
I am upset with myself. From Oct 2009 untill May 2010 I lost 40 lbs. For some reason in May I stopped counting calories and working out and by the end of December I gained 25 of the 40 back. hrm or wii fit plus?
I am not sure which one would be a better investment. I go to the gym 3 times a week and I was thinking that with Wii git plus I could do my exercises the other days. After reading how great a hrm is I an now wondering if I should spend the money on that instead. Any suggestions?
