How many of you substract your bmr calories from you calories you burn on your hrm? Today is my first day using my hrm. I went ahead and duducted 75 calories from the calories I burned. I was lucky to see that it a post you should find out how many calories you burn by doing nothing then multiply that number by the minutes you work out. Just thought I would share because it does make a difference when counting every calorie.

I subtract my BMR from calories burned. Today it was only like, 71 or something. It's always such a small number, but I like to take it off because it makes me feel like I am being as precise as I can.
I have a PolarFT7 and I like it very much, it was a decent price ($85) and is rather comfortable, considering you are wearing an elastic band thingy :P0
