I am making stir fry tonight and do not want to use the sauce I usually use due to the high sodium intake. Even low sodium soy sause is pretty high in sodium. Can somone please give me a easy low sodium stif fry sauce recipie or idea?

I dilute one tps of low sodium soy sauce in 1/5 cup of water and I don't add any salt to the vegetable mix.

In addition to diluting, kick up your spices- ginger garlic chile oil etc. You'll get so much flavor that way, you won't miss the soy. Also, a few drops of sesame oil goes a long way.

I use low sodium chicken/beef/vegetable broth to stir fry my vegetables, then use Mrs. Dash and other no-salt seasonings to add to my stir-fry. Then to make the veggies a little tender in case they may be too crisp, just cover the wok for a few minutes. Mine is more like steam-frying...or stir-steaming? Either way, that's what I do.
