I have realized how important it is to eat my exercise calories. I workout 3-4 time a day burning anywhere from 500 to 700 calories a workout so I need to eat around 1800-2000 calories. I have only been eating around 1200-1300 (not net). What are some things you do to hit your calorie goal on days you work out. I usually eat oatmeal or egg eglish muffin for breakfast, a banana for snack, a tuna sandwich or leftovers for lunch and a yougurt, and a low calorie dinner. I am going to add nuts to my lunch and after dinner.

How about turning your banana into a banana smoothie with some greek youghurt and milk (reduced fat not fat free).
Add some grated cheese into your tuna sandwich.
Add some brown rice, beans or extra meat to your dinner.
Add half an avocado to any meal.
Still really healthy options, but with a few more calories

Here are just a few things that are healthy but very calorie dense: peanut butter, almond butter, skim milk, almond milk, avocados. I'm sure there are a ton of other things that people will suggest but these are some of my go-to calorie bombs.

Also, if you are burning 500-700 calories 3-4 times a day, you are burning between 1500 and 2800 calories. If that's the case, you need to eat WAY more than just 2000 calories daily to give your body the fuel it needs. I wouldn't worry at all about a low calorie dinner and I would have a couple more snacks or small meals.

I don't know where you are in your journey, though based on your ticker, you are obviously losing weight. But I'm concerned that it will taper off if your body doesn't start getting more food and calories. Just my two cents. Good luck reaching your goals!!

Hold on here. 3-4 workouts that burn 500-700 each means 1500/2000-2100/2800 burnt, That means 2700/3200 - 3300/4000 to eat. Did you mean 500-700 total for those workouts?
