3 lbs to go: Race to the finish line anyone?
I am 3 pounds away from my ideal weight, and it's definitely getting harder to keep up the motivation. I want to finish this now and I reckon some competition could be the key. Anyone in the same boat? Fancy a race?

Calf cramps
During my teens I would routinely get woken in the night by severe cramp in my calves. Haven't had it for years, but now since my new healthy lifestyle it's returned. I'm wondering if it's because I've cut something out of my diet that my body needs, like salt for example? Does anybody know?

UK weight loss buddies?
I've been on MFP for nearly 3 months and I love it! I'm delighted with my weight loss so far - never thought I would do so well. I would love to have some more friends in the UK to support, especially if you have similar goals.

Should I get a HRM?
I'm fairly sure that the calorie burn figures given on MFP for the workouts I do are overstated. However I am losing weight at a reasonable rate at the moment, so does it matter? If my weight loss stalls I could then think about getting a heart rate monitor. What do you think?

Dream goal or achievable goal?
When I joined MFP I automatically set my goal as my pre-kids weight of 130lbs. Having lost 10lbs and reached the half way mark I'm wondering if I should re-assess this. If everyone lost weight at the same time
So, theoretically, if everyone in the world all lost weight all at the same time what would happen? The weight doesn't just disappear. Presumably it gets converted into energy - kinetic? heat? Body Fat %
I stood on my scales this morning, and for the the first time in about 10 years set them to measure body fat percentage. It said I am 32% fat. I know this is not great, but I've no idea what I should be aiming for. Can anyone advise?
