Body Fat %

I stood on my scales this morning, and for the the first time in about 10 years set them to measure body fat percentage. It said I am 32% fat. I know this is not great, but I've no idea what I should be aiming for. Can anyone advise?

When I had mine tested I was told between 20 and 29% was good for a woman.0 -

if u search around in yrtools tab i think ... u will find a tab at top which tells u yr bmi .. it shows it on a graph type thing to give u an idea of where u r in the grand scheme of things !0
