I'm not following JM diet plan but I am eating healthy. I eat turkey bacon/sausage/meatloaf, etc, salads, salmon, tuna, almonds, eggs, fruit, etc. However, today I ate 1526 calories and netted 1256. I just got an HRM today (with chest strap) and I was going to run today but it started raining. So I did about 40 minutes of zumba on my own.
