Hello! I've been dieting and exercising for 12 weeks but I need some people to help keep me motivated and vice versa :) My goal is to run twice a week on top of my zumba classes (twice a week). I've only ran once since it keeps raining but I can feel myself not wanting to do it :( I'm also trying to walk every morning for 30 minutes. Well, maybe not after the days I run :)
