Weight lifting routines?

Hello all :) I'm just starting again and wanted to get back into lifting. I used to follow Jillian Michaels but I'm kind of eh about her now lol. I was wondering what everyone would suggest for a beginner? I kind of wanted someone to follow...I have all kinds of weights along with a resistance band. So what do you all suggest, how did you get started?

Oh, I would like to add I was thinking about doing Strong Body, Ageless Body by Erin O'Brien. Would this be a good place to start? I mainly was looking for just lifting but if she does a good routine I wouldn't mind doing the cardio along with it.
