Women 5'7" 195ish?
So I'm 5'7" 195 lbs..... calories are set to light activity. Just wondering if any other women with my same body type are eating over 1600 and losing weight? I have it set to lose 1lb a wk. My BMR is 1650 TDEE: 2272 Calories set at 1650. But it seems as if I go up a lb down a lb each week.

Skin tags?
Anyone since losing weight have skin tags? And if so is there a way to get rid of them at home? I have a few small ones on my neck and they are starting to hurt.

30 day squat challenge
Currently, I'm 172.2 5'7". And my goal is 145-150lbs. So I still have a good amount to lose. Wondering if I should try the 30 day squat challenge while still having fat to lose? Has anyone tried this while still trying to shed fat? And if you have some before and after pictures that would be awesome.

Infused water....
I hate drinking plain water. I have no issues drinking while exercising or when I'm out in the hot weather. But while indoors, i can't seem to drink it. Anyone use a water infusion pitcher and if so, what are your favorite recipes?

Sedentary or light?
So what do you all consider sedentary? I'm a stay at home mom, I spend my days on the computer, watching tv with the kids or household chores. I walk 2-3 days a week for an hour. Changing Goals
With having just 23lbs to go until I reach my first big goal, which is 159. I will probably assess and possibly lose more. But for now with little to go, what should be my goal a week. .5 or 1lb? When did you lessen it to that amount? Thanks everyone!

I've had 4 c-sections. Just wondering women who've also had cesareans, does that skin that hangs over, ever go away? Any success stories? If so, what did you do it minimize the "kangaroo pouch"? lol

With only 34lbs left to lose, what is a realistic weight loss goal a week? 1 or 1.5lbs? I'm 5'7" 192.8, light activity.

Wondering which is a better choice? Usually I eat 3 meals a day with a snack before bed. But today I ate small meals through out the day and I fill fuller.

Activity Level?
So I'm a stay at home mom, I have 4 kids. I spend most days chasing the two youngest and housework. I do cardio as much as I can, but normally it's 20mins a day x5. Would that be 1-3 hrs light exercise, or moderate? Also it puts be at 1832 -20% for my TDEE set at light exercise. I'm 5'7" 198 and I'm 34.

MFP or TDEE?
Just curious if you all go by the calorie limit MFP gives or do you calculate your TDEE-25% (or whatever percentage you choose)? MFP gives me the minimum of 1200. My TDEE is 2452.
