Been doing some research on TDEE, BMR etc and came across an article about Calorie Cycling. Just wonder if anyone here does it and did it help you when you were stuck at a plateau?

This website here: http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm calculates how many calories you need, and also a '7 day Zig-Zag'
Personally, I haven't tried it myself. I find it better to consistently eat the same number of calories everyday. I guess it's similar to Weight Watchers, where you can keep your points for a treat at the weekend or something.
I think it's a personal preference, it might work for some but not others. You just have to try it and see.0
