What would be my activity level?

Women who are medium framed who weigh around 195, 5'7" and in their 30's on sedentary activity, what is your daily calorie limit?

I set my to sedentary on MFP, because I'm a stay at home mom, who works out 4-5 days a week for 20 mins. Not sure if that was the right choice.

My BMR is around 1665
TDEE is 2290

I chose sedentary because I thought my exercise wasn't enough to make light activity, maybe I'm wrong...lol Trying to choose the right numbers and re evaluating my fitness plan.

    Do you log your exercise on MFP? If not I'd change the activity level on MFP to the next one, if you are then you need to eat back your exercise calories.
