Start weight was 230 and currently I'm 175.

    Great job! I have the same starting weight and hope to be where you are now someday. My major goal is 160. Did you just count calories or exercise as well?

    Awww, thanks!! This year has been challenging but mostly rewarding. I did stumble here and there, just have to keep picking myself back up. :heart:

    Thanks! And yes I ate at a deficit and just walked/used my elliptical. I never stepped foot in a gym. But now that I'm just 15lbs away from my first huge goal, I do want to start lifting. So I will join a gym soon.

    Thanks everyone! And yes I also look in the mirror and I can't believe it's me. I finally feel "beautiful". And I feel my bones now, which is strange for me...lol

    YES! I have no more cushion. Also I'm always cold. I carry a sweater with me at all times.
