Calorie Goal?

With only 34lbs left to lose, what is a realistic weight loss goal a week? 1 or 1.5lbs? I'm 5'7" 192.8, light activity.

    I have heard a lot of ppl say they set their cal goal to .5 loss a week when they dont have that much more to lose. They say the last 20 are the hardest to lose. good luck!

    I started out with 30 lbs to lose. The fist 21 were at 2 lbs a week loss, For the last 10-12 lbs, I have set it to .5 lbs a week.

    You get to decide what works best for you.

    I think if you are staying with in your calories and exercising then your body will lose as it wants too. Make sure you never go under 1200 calories
