Week 5 update - lost 3.2lbs in bodyfat in a 7 days doing IF
Hi, here are my stats for these last 7 days doing IF: Lost in body fat 3.2lbs (25.9% reduced to 24.9%) Lean Mass gain 1.87lb Total Weight lost 1.33lbs BMI reduced by 0.2% So doing IF 7 days a week really paid off. Week 4 IF - 2.21lbs lean mass gained with 0.4% body fat loss
So another week has passed so on Week 4 on IF. Its been interesting as this week my body fat loss slowed down only slightly, only lost 0.4% (1.1lbs) bringing my body fat to 26.1% but gained total weight to. BUT what been a surprise is the Lean gains i made this week. I gained 2.21lbs in Lean mass bringing my total weight…
