    You lost seven pounds in 21 days. Congrats, you look great!

    I'm a big believer in IF, and I've been doing it for almost a year. The trick to successful weight loss is to find a plan of eating that leaves you feeling satiated while maintaining a small calorie deficit. I don't believe one method is better than another - just some people (me included) do better with fewer, larger meals.

    What were you doing for exercise?

    Hi, thanks. I love IF, I am a big eater and this really helped me control my nutrition as I have set timings and meals daily.
    My training is heavy weight compound exercises, deadlifts, squat and bench press. I train 5 days a week Mon to Fri for 45 - 90 minutes depending how strong I feel. Sat and Sun I rest. I train every day because I recover very quickly. I always had done on the pass and this is working for me. I always do 30 minutes cardio at end of workout.
    Since training fasted for 3 weeks, I felt brilliant, really focus, strong and I last longer even with only 50g carbs a day. My next goal is to reach 20% body fat but its going to be a tough challenge ahead.
