Well, I must say that this whole eating whatever i want to eat, but smaller portions..is working out great!! I dont over eat now because if i crave something, i get it and i dont feel like im depriving myself from anything. FINALLY something that works for me!

digital or old school scale?
Which is more accurate a digital one or the other ones? We have a digital one in our bathroom but everytime i step on it, it says something different. Like i'll step on and it will say 130 then step off, then step right back on and it will say i weigh like 128. I have a regular one in my room and that thing is always off…

How long should you do cardio. I go to the gym 3-5 days a week. I do 35-45 minutes on the arc trainer(almost like the elpiticle but burns more cals) Is that long enough?

Diet coke and Coke Zero
I knowwww that it's not good for you but I drink like 2-3 a day. Either diet coke, or the coke zero. It helps with my appetite. Ayooo. So I know OBVIOUSLY it is not good and not to do it often, but is it okay if you go over your calories by 200-300 ONCE IN A WHILE? Like will that make me gain weight from doing it like once a week?

Ok there is nothing WORST then getting on the eliptical and within 5 minutes you have the biggest wedgie and you can't do anything about it! This happened to me yesterday. Heart rate= calories burned..
When I do the arc trainer. My heart rate is always between 130-150 and it says that within 10 minutes i burn like 100 calories. I do it for 35 minutes and I just log that I burned 300 calories. Does that sound accurate? I dont have an hrm. i bough a cheap one..and it sucks.

So last night I had a free meeting with a personal trainer or did a body evaluation of me: Weight:129 Height:5' Body Fat: 29% Weight I should be: 113 Calories I should be eating:1257(so mfp is right on) SOOOO I need to loose like 16 pounds.
