Are the rolls for sandwiches? Look into Deli Flats or similar products, and in wheat if you can.
Stick to the perimeter of the store!

I buy whatever is on sale so for produce that means in season. I bought broccoli .99, watermelon 2.97, strawberries $3.49 for 4lbs (I bought 2!) and Yoplait yogurt (the big cups, not the little silhouette ones) 12 for $3.99 yesterday - I'm in the Toronto area.

Buy spinach, here it’s always $3.99 or better for a giant bucket and you can throw that in anything and not taste it including smoothies.

    Fresh Vegetables and Fresh Fruit
Good quality Whole GRAIN bread if you eat grains or the flat out wraps and stuff full of meat, cheese and veggies
    Good quality cheeses
Greek Yogurt, fresh berries to add to it

Stay away from the fiber bars, yoplait yogurt and such...............Added sugar, High Fructose Corn Syrup, etc............

There is a lot of highly processed foods on the list so far..............

Stick to as natural as you can possibly can get. Like 5 ingredients or less on the label!!!

EAT THE FULL EGG! Yolk and all!

    haha sorry thats my rant!

One large egg is 70-85 cals and 7 grams of protein and NATURAL fats. Two on a whole wheat wrap (I eat wraps with flax seed) some low fat cheese....mmm keeps you full until 12pm
