Kay...so my bmr is 1428 and my tdee is at 1728. I put it as sedentry because im not working but go to the gym 4-5 times a week doing 20-30 m cardio and 45-60m light strength alternating upper n lower body. How many calories should I be eating?? Is 1500-1600 too many for the bmr??
