I work 12-8 so my sleep schedule isn't based on normal. How should I track? Every 24hours or 12-12?

You can set your diary up any way you want to, so you could start your day when you wake up (breakfast, meal 1, what have you), then go from there. Mine is set up by time increments, but i used to have it set to breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, because the time i had breakfast would vary wildly. Now, i just log by time frames.0

It's a 24 hour period, your meals are just at a different time. So when you get to work how, long have you been awake? Is that your breakfast or lunch?0

I also work midnights so I log my "day" as when I wake (3pm) to when I go to bed (7am). Most of my meals are after midnight and that's when the day changes on MFP so I just go back to the previous day and finish logging my food. On my days off, I typically go back to a normal person's schedule. The times are different but I still count my day from when I wake to when I sleep.0

I track midnight to midnight so that it is always consistent.0
