MFP Putt me at 1200 Cal!!! Too low?
So I used to have 1460 cals a day but because I changed my physical activity from 5 days a week to 1 it reduced me drastically to meet my weight loss goal. It seems a little low to me but at the same time I'm eating healthy and not working anymore (temporarily). Not sure what to do at this point. Is 1200 cals a day safe?

ok so I don't know if its just me, but when its that time of the month I crave food ALL THE TIME! I get so hungry and ABSOLUTELY need chocolate... Why is that? Pictures are my profile pic. I feel amazing! Took 9 and a half months postpartum but I did it! I never thought I would make it. But I just did one thing at a time until every little thing became routine. Will write a longer story when I hit my actual goal.

Question about this application
So ever since I've lost weight, this app has increased my calorie intake daily. When I was 14lbs heavier I was only allowed 1240 calories a day and when I marked my progression at 14lbs lighter, it putt my daily calorie intake at 1460 so I guess you could say I'm confused...
