So I don't think I have too much more to lose. I am currently 154 and would like to be down to 145. My progress pic if my profile pic. Went from 182lbs to 154lbs. I have just been consistent since November of last year aside for the last month because of personal issues but I'm getting back to it again now drinking only water, eating lots of greens, protein, and minimal carbs unless I'm doing my long weekend runs. I'm running 4 times a week, Zumba once a week, and playing with my one year old daughter (which is quite a work out bcz she likes to run lol)

    Well done! I am also 5'7 and 154 and aiming for 145 by the Summer. I started at 170 and am running 2-3 times a week too.
    Keep up the great work, you can really see the difference.

    So inspirational for me. I just started tracking today. My goal is to lose 50 lbs. There is hope!!!! Great job!
