Youtube workouts?
I just tried Leslie Sansom's 'walk' workout and quite liked the level it's at - not too difficult! Can anyone recommend an online workout of a similar level that might be a bit more like dancing, eg Zumba or salsa or something? Ideally not requiring too much coordination!! Cross trainer/Elliptical calories
I have a cross trainer at home. It's very basic and doesn't even know my weight etc. It gives me 200 calories for a moderate 30min workout. MFP gives me 400. I'm inclined to think 200 calories might be reasonable. What do you think? I don't have a Garmin etc. Thanks!

Heat and fluid retention?
We're having a bit of a heatwave in parts of the U.K. right now. My weight is up by about 3lb, and my scales suggest it's water weight (the fat reading goes down - this is quite reliable). I've been drinking lots but that hasn't helped. Does anyone else get this?

Home weights?
Do any of you attend a gym and also use home weights? I'm thinking about buying a set of slightly lighter ones for the days in between 5x5 (just because I'm new to lifting - 1mth - and am super keen!) but I don't know if it would be a bad idea to do weights every day.

Body fat %
I have one of those body fat % scales. I know they're not madly accurate, but they have to be in the right ballpark, yes? So far I've lost 32lb, which is over 1/7 of my bodyweight. I've also been lifting, and can see muscle. My fat % has apparently decreased only from 39% to 37%. Surely this can't be right?!

Stronglifts question
I'm an apple shape, and have quite broad shoulders. I've noticed them getting a bit broader since I started stronglifts, and I'd rather that didn't happen. Should I: 1) only do limited weight on ohp and bp, like 20kg (I'm currently at 25kg), or 2) keep increasing the weight but only do ohp and bp once weekly? Thanks!

Weighted squats
I did squats with a 15kg barbell for the first time on weds (haven't ever squatted before). I managed it at the time, but my thighs are still sore! Will it be an easier recovery next time, or should I reduce the barbell weight?
