Hoping to get more input here
Hi ladies :) I just ordered TurboFire tonight and will be starting in 2 weeks. I was curious how long it took for you to learn the moves and feel coordinated? I'm very uncoordinated, but confident I will learn the moves with practice!

Rant...
I had abdominal surgery two weeks ago and am only aloud to walk for exercise. I'm fitting in about 3-4 sessions on the treadmill per week. It's great and all, but I'm used to high intensity workouts 6 days per week and now I'm down to 3-4 walks. I know I need to heal and give my body time to recoup, but I can't help but…

Question about "walking"
I recently had abdominal surgery 2 weeks ago and I'm able to only walk for exercise. I've been doing the treadmill. I've been walking between 3.5-4.0mph and incline 4% for 35 minutes. I'm close to my goal weight and I'm just curious if this low impact cardio is worth it for me? Is it going to do anything for my body? Or…

Post surgery workout suggestions?
Hey all I recently had major stomach surgery and in 2 more weeks my doctor will probably clear me to go ahead with any workout that doesn't cause me pain. However, I can't do any weight lifting for 8 weeks not even light weights. Right now I've started walking on the treadmill which is going fine. What my question is are…

Post surgical eating
Hey all on Thursday I underwent a hiatal hernia repair and a Nissen fundoplication which is where my stomach is wrapped around my esophagus like a hot dog bun. This is not a weight loss surgery by any means but it mimics one. My question is for any ladies/gents who've had gastric bypass or lap band or what I've had and…

Question about fasting
Hey all I've been reading about intermittent fasting and more specifically the 5:2 method which means two days you eat 500-800 calories and the other five days are normal. I was curious if on fasting days there is a better workout to do. Like should I be lifting on fasting days or doing cardio? Thanks in advance for input…

Venting...sorry in advance!
In a little over a week I will be having major surgery to correct a hiatal hernia and to wrap my stomach around my esaphogus. This results in being similar to gastric bypass or lap band surgery meaning I have to start out with liquids and graduate up to solids very slowly. This also means I can't exercise for at least 6-8…

Ideas
Hey all I will be going to have major stomach surgery done in a couple of weeks to repair a hiatal hernia and to help correct my gastroparysis. That being said the diet afterwards is mostly liquid/soft for about 4-5 weeks post op. Now I have worked my booty off to build muscle and lose weight. After surgery I know I will…

Hiatal Hernia
Hey all I saw an ENT today who referred me to a GI specialist for the second time regarding my large hiatal hernia. The first time I had it evaluated was about 3 yrs ago and the surgeon refused to do the surgery to repair it. Now that I'm older I'm going to a different surgeon for a second opinion. What I do know is that…

Hoping for some feedback
Hey all I'm starting CLX in August and wondering how heavy my dumbells need to be? I have 8's and 10's and am familiar with weight lifting. How much heavier do I need to invest in? Thanks in advance!

Weights VS bands
I'm going to be starting ChaLEAN Extreme next month which is a lifting program that gives you the option of weights or bands. That being said, I will need to purchase 15,20,25, and 30 lbs dumb bells or invest in resistance bands. Does anyone have pros/cons with doing either/or? Is one better than the other? Thanks!

Calorie intake and CheLEAN Extreme

People trying to shove bad food on me!
1-2 days per week I work at a clinic that ALWAYS orders lunches for the staff. That's nice and all but the food is terrible and unhealthy! I always bring my own lunch and never eat. Ive bren polite and told them countless times no thank you don't order me food and yet they still do so I end up wasting food by throwing it…

Q for ladies only
I was just wondering if anyone here has had an ovarian cyst? There's a history of this in my family as well as endometriosis and though I've never had one I think I might have one now. I'm experiencing cramplike/stabbing pain on my lower left side as well nausea and bathroom issues. Is this worth a doctors visit? If so…
