These are some tips I've learned throughout my weight loss journey that I'd like to share with everyone. These are my personal successes so I am not pushing any certain tips on anyone just letting ya'll know what has worked for me so maybe I can help some of you
*Start slow I started with the 30DS and C25K and moved up to P90X, Body Rev, Insanity, and RushFit
*Eating 1200 calories a day does not work for a sustained amount of time nor is it needed you can eat more to weight less. I've been doing my TDEE - 15/20% and eat around 1900 per day give or take and am still losing.
*I've cut out all soda/diet soda and keep my only liquids limited to water and coffee with the occasional beer.
*Be consistent with your exercise
*Eat more nutrient dense foods like: Greek yogurt, egg whites, hard boiled eggs, low fat string cheese, oatmeal w/peanut butter, almonds etc
*Do not be discouraged by the scale you will most likely hit the plateau and you can adjust this as needed by upping your calories by 10% or increasing your exercise.
*Keep pushing yourself and your body to become stronger
*Lift weights in addition to cardio...it really tones the body up
Again these are all things that have worked for me and brought me this far in my journey hope you enjoy! I am also always looking for new friends feel free to add me

Great advice. I got away from diet sodas too, they may have zero calories, but they are full of toxic chemicals.0

Great tips. Thanks for sharing!
I really appreciate you saying that you don't have to eat only 1200 to lose. It's great to see a success story promoting a healthy weight loss!0
