Les Mills Body Pump of P90X2?
I'm trying to decide. I did P90X x 2 last year. Have been doing a Turbo Fire/Chalean Extreme hybrid since December. Looking for something new. I like lifting weights (but only workout at home, and like working out to dvd's). If you do Les Mills - how necessary is the step bench? Your input is appreciated!

Signs your HRM isn't working correctly??
I've had my Polar FT40 for almost a year. Today I noticed fairly low burns (I did TurboFire HIIT 20 and it gave me 120 burned). I usually burn closer to 10cal/min (~200 for an intense workout). Does this happen to anyone else?
Whenever I'm doing deep seated jacks (P90X Plus, intervals) or jump lunges (plyoX), and I extend my hands over my head as instructed, I get the most uncomfortable, "oogey" pulling sensation in the inner part of my wrists (basically where you'll feel for your pulse). Scale being sluggish near goal weight
I have my initial settings set to lose 1lb/week. I've been doing this for 8wks now. Down 4lbs (want to lose another 4-5). Most weeks I don't lose at all. I'm doing P90X and always hear Tony talking about the infamous P90X recovery drink. I went to order it online, then saw it was re-formulated and did not get very good reviews. currently, i try to drink 6oz of chocolate milk after a workout, but is there anything better? Thanks!

I just joined MFP today (like 5min ago). I've been doing P90X for 5wks. Wondering how to calculate the various workouts. Also,if you are also doing P90X, how is it going for you? Weight loss? Following their nutrition plan? Results (and when did you notice them)??
