Hello I read somewhere that to lose weight I would need to eat 250 calories less than normal and burn 250 calories during exercise per day. Is this right? Sodium calculations
Hi MFP food diary is telling me there is 114 sodium in semi-skimmed milk, 100 in half a chicken breast, 50 in fat free yogurt and yet NONE in fajita shake-on flavouring (of which salt was the number one ingredient!) Can anyone tell me if this is close to being right or totally wrong?? Thanks.
